You could have a bad tire. I had a tire that the belts separated and had similar symptoms as you.
After having my ST for a couple weeks it developed a steering wheel shake starting at around 45mph. Took it to the dealer they rebalanced the tires, still there. Took it back they rebalanced again, rotated the tires, it is worse. Its going back in the 22nd, anybody have any other ideas. Alignment feels good, doesnt pull.....

I guess I'll see, its weird though, tires got rotated and its worse, 2 bad tires?
If it got worse it might be a bad tire that was on back and got even worse because it was rotated to the front.

Did they properly rotate the tires? The tires are asymmetrical. They can't be swapped from side to side, only front to back.
I'm going with ultraviolet sounds like a tire belt.
When they rotated the tire, did the location of the vibration change?
